Share a Share!

Share a Share is a new program that will help fund reduced price CSA shares and farm gift cards for members of our community who otherwise might not have access to fresh and local produce.

Participants will be accepted on a rolling basis pending fund availability.

We believe everyone in our community should have access to fresh, local food. If you’re able, you can help support a neighbor by contributing to our Share a Share program. With the help of member donations and a generous donation from AdkAction, a local non-profit organization serving the Adirondack region, we hope to provide fresh local produce to our fellow community members this season. For every dollar donated by members, AdkAction will provide a dollar for dollar match.

Participants must fall within the ALICE guidelines (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed).

Participate in Share a Share!

This season we are offering two ways for eligible households to participate in the Share a Share program:

Subsidized CSA share- Become a North Point CSA member. You pay $100 upfront (or 4 x $25 installments) and receive small share for pick up at any North Point location.
Farm gift card- Receive a $100 gift card for use in our farm stand, Saranac Lake Farmers’ Market, and Keene Valley Farmers’ Market.
